Welcome to Monstrum, a little fansite for the manga/anime series Monster by Naoki Urasawa. You can find here also the Monster fanlisting, the one and only listed at The Anime Fanlistings Network (that was once part of, and is still closely affiliated with, The Fanlistings Network).

Sorry for all the pages that still have the annoying "under construction" note in them, I'll try to have the contents up there as soon as possible. This site has been nothing but a fanlisting (without any extra contents I mean) for two years - it was about time to add some good stuff here, I know... but I will need some time to add everything I'd like, so please be patient :)

I know I should be more worried about adding contents rather than changing AGAIN the site layout, but I disliked the old one so, so much D: This one isn't great either but well, it looks much better in my opinion. I've decided to go back to the color scheme I used in the first layout, because it works much better than the soft/pastel tones I tried for the second version (it just didn't make sense considering the series nature, but webmasters like to go and experiment from time to time I guess...)

As for content updates, I've been scanning tons of pages from the manga volumes to get good pictures (for the media section, the character files, etc.), so there will be something up in the gallery soon - and this time is for real, don't look at me like that :P The "real updates" so far are the following:

• The anime episode titles and the seiyuu/voice actors page have been updated with the information about the latest anime episodes.
• I've added the covers and basic info (release dates, episodes included) for the Japanese anime releases (the DVD box sets so far, soon I'll include the VHS as well) right here

As for the character files, I've started working in them... Tenma, Johan and Nina will be the first to be completed - once they're done I'll write about the most important secondary characters, such as Lunge or Grimmer, and finally I'll go for the most secondary characters. I hope to complete about 75% of the work before the summer, so stay tuned because there will be more updates on this matter anytime soon :)

Last but not least, I've started working in the Spanish version of the site as well. Half of the contents have been translated - now I just have to figure out how to translate the Enth3 files for the fanlisting. I hope to have it up within two weeks or so.

I've moved the site at last, converting the members list to Enthusiast (what a great feeling, after all this time updating the site manually <3). I've added a few extra contents already, but not everything I wanted yet: I want to add lots of things here, and I can't do it all on a single update; as I've said above, I will need some time to do what I'd like to do...

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to upload the site before, but I've had some computer problems these past weeks (I got a virus and I've had to format my hard drive three times in a row, reinstalling Windows and everything each time, to see in the end that some things weren't working yet and that I had to format again >.<). I've been online, more or less, but I couldn't work in my sites and that's why you've had to wait more than I thought. Again, I apologize :(

I also apologize for the lack of anime-based button codes - I'll try to make a few and add them here as soon as I can.
